Caramel, date slices, treacle, and cracker bread flavors are bathed in feisty pot still spices and fleeting green apple, before a lush, rich sweetness of banoffee pie, vanilla, and cinnamon descends. The finish is seemingly eternal.

House Review

Nose:
Honey, fresh baked bread. Vanilla, light pepper. Some oak, not a ton. Lighter.
Taste:
Scotchy, lightly ashy. Honey, toffee, pear, apple, vanilla bean. Caramel and caramel apple.
Finish:
Apples, pears, light ash, pepper, nice oak structure.
Overall:
Nothing tremendous but very solid. Delightfully complex, though on the lighter side of an oaky profile.
