  • Proof is good and warming with a lightly bitter finish and a peppery spicy bite. More of a savory malt overall than a sweet or fruity expression.

  • Fairly gentle on the palate and the smoke becomes lingering rather than so rich. Lots of fruit comes through here: some roasted banana and warm pineapple, then a touch of toffee and green grass.

  • The palate is light and honeyed with an initial smack of red licorice that shifts to marzipan and fresh pie spice before a gentle finish of coffee bean, pipe smoke, and a hint of lavender.
