  • I love this expression from the Cortes gang, and it’s a great representation of the Karwinskii agave

  • Nose:

Vibrant and funky on the nose. That Karwinskii character is present in spades, refuses to be ignored. Hay, grass, spearmint, jalapeño peppers, some pepper. Whew - it’s grassy and full of fun. Tropical fruits.

  • Taste:

Sweet at first on the palate before slate, some pepper, minerality, bell pepper, jalapeño and grass kick up. Pure, wild delight.

  • Finish:

Long finish. Pepper, ash, cedar forward with a woody, herbal finish. More jalapeño and bell pepper. Vegetal, fun, spritely.

  • Overall:

I love this expression from the Cortes gang, and it’s a great representation of the Karwinskii agave
