  • Nose:

    Lovely blend of spices with just a little soft sweetness, like licorice mixed with vanilla. Loads of thyme here.

  • Taste:

    Spicy, herbal and bitter. It does a nice job of replicating an amaro, albeit much more heavy on baking spice.

  • Finish:

    Long finish that’s all baking spice and then wraps with bitter gentian.

  • Overall:

    A very nice non-alc amaro.
