  • Nose:

Fun, complex nose. It’s decadent with some great fruity, tart notes. Huge berries and cream note, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, cola, a touch of nutmeg, crème brûlée, plenty of buttered sourdough toast and a hint of coffee and mint.

  • Taste:

Oily mouthfeel. Gorgeous on the palate with loads of browned butter and berries. This is simultaneously deep and dark and fun and light. Strawberry ice cream, coffee, cinnamon, great oak presence, crème brûlée, root beer and a touch of tobacco. Spectacularly balanced.

  • Finish:

Long, super smooth finish. Buttered toast first, followed by cola and cinnamon, then butterscotch and oak with some tea.

  • Overall:

This is phenomenal, decadent and layered with a ton going on.

  • Score:

    92
