Limeburners Albany Tawny Cask is a single malt whisky produced by Great Southern Distilling Company in Albany, Western Australia. It is distilled from locally sourced Western Australian barley in copper pot stills, matured in second-fill ex-bourbon American oak barrels and finished in Australian tawny casks (formerly known as port). While it carries no age statement, the whisky is produced using a solera system with an average maturation of 5 to 8 years. Bottled without chill filtration at 43% ABV, it typically retails for AUD $140.
