Leiper’s Fork Tennessee Whiskey Bottled in Bond is produced by Leiper's Fork Distillery in Williamson County, Tennessee. Founded in 2016 by Lee Kennedy and Lynlee Kennedy, the distillery uses a mash bill of 70% corn, 15% rye and 15% toasted malted barley made from locally grown non-GMO grains. The whiskey is pot distilled, produced using a sweet mash process, filtered through sugar maple charcoal in accordance with the Lincoln County Process, and aged for a minimum of four years. Bottled in bond at 100 proof (50% ABV) and non-chill filtered, it typically retails for around $80.

  • The flavor starts off with some heavier/charred notes that remind me of peanuts, charred oak, apple skins, cardamom, dark chocolate, Morello cherries and a touch of nutmeg.
