Quite grain-heavy on the nose. Cereal grains are joined by cinnamon and French toast.
Plenty of wheat influence on the palate — a surprising amount considering it only makes up 15% of the mashbill. Big wheaty notes are joined by dark chocolate, honey, espresso, leather and a touch of cherry.
The finish leans grainy and wheat-heavy again, joined by honey.
A rock-solid expression. I'm surprised at the influence of the wheat.
