Komos Añejo Reserva has an ABV of 40% and is aged for a minimum of 12 months. Another Komos expression said to be inspired by the Mediterranean, it undergoes aging in a combination of French oak wine barrels, bourbon barrels and sherry casks. Crafted in Mexico, it starts with 100% Blue Weber Agave, roasted in traditional stone ovens, fermented and double-distilled in copper pot stills. Following blending and aging, gentle aeration is applied to enhance mouthfeel.

  • It’s an ethereal tequila and unlike any other anejo I’ve tasted. But it still doesn’t remind me at all of the Mediterranean.
