Jack Daniel’s Old No. 7 x McLaren McLxJD 2025 Edition is a limited-edition Tennessee whiskey made from Jack Daniel’s classic mash bill of 80% corn, 12% malted barley, and 8% rye. It follows the Lincoln County process, charcoal mellowed through 10 feet of sugar maple and aged in new American white oak barrels. Bottled at 86 proof, it retails for around $35 for a 1-liter bottle.

This commemorative 2025 edition celebrates Jack Daniel’s partnership with McLaren Racing and is available in select U.S. markets in 1-liter bottles and internationally in 1-liter and 700 ml sizes in Formula 1 race cities.

  • Overall, this limited-edition release does manage to distinguish itself from the standard 80-proof Old No. 7. It’s an interesting bottle for dedicated fans of the brand or collectors. However, it’s unlikely to win over those without an existing appreciation for Jack Daniel’s.
