  • Overall, this is about the most interesting of the Distillery series I've tried this far. Notably, it's strikingly reminiscent of a banana walnut muffin. Wild, unmistakeable and yet...I can't stop drinking it. Delicious and unique.

  • Nose:

Rich and bursting with maple, honey, pralines and cocoa. Oddly woody, the maple sap notes are wildly expressive.

  • Taste:

Rich on the palate with a touch of ethanol. Unsurprising for 120pf. Big, big banana nut bread notes: banana, creamy vanilla, walnuts, maple and caramel. The heat is a bit out of proportion but not excessive.

  • Finish:

Long finish, woody, tannic, packed with bananas and walnuts, caramel, maple and a touch of char.
