This rye joins Jack Daniel's Bonded Series as the third release to date, following 2022's releases of Bonded Tennessee Whiskey and Bonded Triple Mash. Like the first two, it's available for around $32 and widely available in the U.S. — a phenomenal value if it performs up to the standards set by its predecessors. Let's see!

Big banana cream sweetness on the nose with lots of maple, apple and pear; a touch of cherry; and light spice. It’s a big, fruity nose on this one!
The palate is full of baking spice, creamed corn, big rye spice and more banana. The banana was oddly hidden on fresh opening of this bottle, but here on my third tasting to finish this review, it’s opened up and jumps out tremendously. Loads of maple, rye spice and honey.
Short finish with a bit of a prickle of ethanol, more banana, buttercream, cracked pepper and a dollop of rye spice.
This is a quintessential Jack Daniel’s whiskey release, and it’s here to stay. I appreciate the bump in proof, and this is a deserving bar inhabitant if you don’t mind a touch of fruit with your rye spice.
