Produced in Denmark, ISH Alcohol-Free Paloma is made with ISH Mexican Agave Spirit, a zero-proof tequila alternative, pink grapefruit, lime, sea salt and other natural flavors. The brand suggests serving it chilled, straight from the can or poured over ice in a highball glass with a salted rim and a slice of pink grapefruit.

This non-alcoholic cocktail's aroma features stewed agave, wet wood, marmalade and citrus-flavored vitamin C drink powder, with a faint boozy note reminiscent of fermented grain.
The palate begins with roasted barley, nut shells and oak. Tart grapefruit then takes over, followed by hints of sweetened, toasted agave, bay leaf and resin.
The finish is medium in length with brushes of lemon, lime, white grapefruit flesh and a bitter, tonic-like dryness that sits in the chest for a little bit.
This was my favorite drink from ISH’s lineup, and I look forward to enjoying it again. While not as juicy and fresh as I would like, it delivers a pretty solid zero-proof take on the original cocktail.
