  • Nose:

    Sweet, luscious nose with lots going on. Loads of gingerbread and candied orange, plus clove, lemon zest, vanilla custard and maple.

  • Taste:

    Rich palate. Lots of oak and a hefty serving of tannin are might by more lovely candied orange, powdered ginger, crème brûlée and brown sugar and a kiss of peppermint.

  • Finish:

    Powerful oak leads the finish, followed by peppermint, nutmeg and cracked pepper.

  • Overall:

    This is such a dynamite rye. Absolutely love it.
