  • Super rich but a bit too much sulfur. I think I really prefer the 12-16 year releases of these Glenlivets in FF Sherry. This was still good, but couldn't reach as high as some of the others.

  • Nose:

    Cocoa, butter, pipe tobacco. Jammy fruits, toffee.

  • Taste:

    Thick and rich, but lots of heat. Toffee, tobacco, cream. Stone fruits, jammy, rich sherry. Plums, figs, cherries. Sulfur and pepper.

  • Finish:

    Long, some heat. Sulfur, pepper, tobacco, cream, cocoa and sherry. Grows bitter.

  • Overall:

    Super rich but a bit too much sulfur. I think I really prefer the 12-16 year releases of these Glenlivets in FF Sherry. This was still good, but couldn't reach as high as some of the others.
