Flag Hill Spiced Rum is produced in Lee, New Hampshire, and bottled at 40% ABV. Made from fancy grade molasses, it is distilled and aged about one year in once-used bourbon barrels. After aging, it undergoes a 36-hour maceration with Madagascar vanilla beans, cinnamon and grains of paradise, then is lightly sweetened with Grade B New Hampshire maple syrup.
