Revolucion Reposado Tequila is produced at Tequila Cascahuin in the Los Valles region of Jalisco, Mexico. The blue weber agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted using a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. Distillation occurs twice in stainless pot stills with copper coils. The tequila then ages in used American white oak barrels and undergoes aeration before bottling at 40% ABV.
