  • Nose:

The nose is bright and sweet, filled with blackberries, plum, melon, graham cracker, cookie butter, clove and cinnamon.

  • Taste:

Moderate viscosity. The palate brings more graham cracker and cinnamon, plus honey, biscuits, honeycrisp apple and blueberry pie.

  • Finish:

That blueberry pie note lingers on the finish, joined by white pepper, cinnamon and some wheatiness.

  • Overall:

A sweet, well balanced and perfectly enjoyable bourbon. This isn’t a whiskey that will wow you with complexity, but it’s light, tasty, easy to sip for any whiskey drinker, and at $50, it’s a very solid value. Great summer whiskey with its light and fruity profile.
