Nose:
Ginger galore plus lime zest.

Taste:
Plenty of lime and ginger. I wasn't sure what to expect from the vague description of "Cocktail," but this is like an NA mule! Ginger dominates while lime fills in the blanks.

The finish lingers for a while with raw ginger and key lime pie.

This non-alc cocktail is simplistic but very nice. An easy sipper, refreshing in the warmer months.
