El Ateo Blanco Still Strength Tequila is produced at Plantaciones Tequilana from blue weber agave sourced in Guanajuato. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, crushed with a tahona and fermented in stainless steel tanks without fibers. The tequila is then double distilled in stainless pot stills with copper coils and bottled unaged at a still strength of 50% ABV.
