Apples, pears, honey, citrus and a hint of rye spice. Super fruity and lightly herbal with a bit of sweetness.
Caramel apples, honey, toffee, a pop of acidity and some lime and pepper. Toffee, honey, caramel. Light on the palate but pleasant.
Short finish with a hint of oak, sweet caramel and apple.
Very pleasant rye from Echo Spirits. It leans fruity and easy-drinking and is a great introduction to their whiskey.
