  • That sherry and cognac cask maturation shines through on the palate, as there's a heavy hand of raisins, dates, bread pudding, chocolate-covered Bing cherries, and cherry cola. The finish is fizzy—that Coca-Cola packs a punch—and delicately creamy, and it lingers on for some time.

  • Good, not great. I was hoping for more depth from this whiskey. However, it felt as if all of the finishes weren’t quite in sync. I got the sweet notes of honey and yet the whiskey was also remarkably dry.

  • This is a pleasant, very well-balanced bourbon. The finishes work well with the distillate. It isn't mind-blowing, but it’s tasty and very easy to sip.
