Dingle Single Pot Still Irish Whiskey is made at the Dingle Distillery in Milltown, on the outskirts of Dingle in County Kerry, Ireland. It uses a mash of 60% malted barley and 40% unmalted barley, is triple-distilled, and matured in a mix of ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso, ex-Pedro Ximenez and ex-red wine casks. It is bottled at 46.5% ABV without chill filtration or added color and sells for around $60 to $72 a bottle.
