Dingle Grianstad an Gheimhridh Single Malt is an Irish whiskey made at the Dingle Distillery in County Kerry, Ireland. It is the fifth release in the distillery's Celtic Wheel of the Year series, which honors the winter solstice, and the name translates to "the stopping of the sun." The whiskey is triple distilled, matured in bourbon casks and finished in tawny port casks, then bottled without chill filtration at 50.5% ABV.
