Dano's Dangerous Tequila Reposado is produced in Los Valles, Jalisco. The agave is cooked in brick ovens, extracted with a roller mill and fermented in stainless steel tanks. It is double distilled in copper pot stills and aged in new American white oak barrels. The tequila is bottled at 40% ABV.
There’s still ample, herbal agave, but it’s mild and well-integrated into the fruit, never heavy. The palate folds in some pepper and chile notes, with ample vanilla on the back end that helps to temper the heat. Easily likeable in any situation.
The sweet agave and vanilla entry is joined by almond building to a vanilla custard, banana, toasted almond and steamed agave peak. It fades with citrus. The finish is semi-dry and lightly peppered with vanilla, oak, citrus peel, and roasted agave taste.
