Bulleit '87 is an American whiskey produced by the Bulleit Distilling Co. in Shelbyville, Kentucky, and is the brand's first-ever blend of bourbon and rye. The bourbon component is distilled and aged in Shelbyville while the rye is distilled and aged in Indiana, with both aged a minimum of four years before being finished separately with toasted American and French oak staves for four to six weeks, then blended and bottled. It is bottled at 45% ABV (90 proof) and retails for $29.99.
