Vinegar, confectioners sugar, bready and light. Lactic and funky. Leather, brine and some minerality. Incredibly unique nose.
Medium mouth feel, no heat. Sweet and bready with lots going on. Sweet honey and pepper, briney. Its probably the most bread like dram Ive had up until this point - unlike no other. Funky, sweet, salty, bready. Super unique.
Short, some growing heat. Sweet amaretto, brine, lactic sweetness and more yeast.
This is too weird to live, and too rare to die. I want to like it, but its so bready, that I'd have to be in the mood for this exact dram. Not a bad thing, but certainly not a favorite of mine. Crazy unique, though, which I give Bruichladdich props for continuing in their legacy to get weird and stay there.
