  • Nose:

    Pound cake, cake batter, rich red berries, tobacco, tannin and raisin bread

  • Taste:

    Moderate mouthfeel, honey, caramel, toffee, raisin bread, currant, cherry and blackberry

  • Finish:

    Long finish: Easily the best element of this pour. Long-lived and heavy, the finish is full of blackberry and tannin, raisin, tobacco and rich honey, with a hint of minerality.

  • Overall:

    Really great showing from Dramfool. There are few better pairings than Rivesaltes and Bruichladdich.
