Beef jerky, pickled onion, green bell pepper, string beans. Rich cream cheese frosting.

  • Taste:

Rich with clay, minerality, salinity. Pepper, faint wood smoke. Confectioners sugar, cream.

  • Finish:

Peppery, string bean, minerality, pineapple. Bizarre and fun - the salinity adds a fun touch. Minerality, some wood smoke, are all there and add some nice complexity.

  • Overall:

    Interesting, unique, delicious. It’s a bit dis-jointed, but I won’t turn down a glass.
