Nose:
Honey, toffee, pepper. Faint lemon, yeast forward baked bread. Light icing. Not much beyond that.

Taste:
Thin, hot. Ashy, peppery, musty. Big peat slap. Iodine, sea air, burning wood. Searing ethanol.

Long, ashy, hot and powerful. Not a ton of complexity here. Total peat bomb
