Amaro Nonino Quintessentia, based on a family recipe from 1897, is made with grappa matured in European oak casks and infused with alpine herbs and grapes.
The slight bitterness comes in toward the finish, but is offset by fruits and spice, making this liqueur quite versatile to easily sip neat or use in a variety of cocktails.
