Laws Whiskey House Straight Bourbon Finished in Honey Cask (2023)

Released in September 2023, Laws Whiskey House Honey Cask Finished Bourbon is part of the distillery’s Special Finish Series, created in collaboration with Bee Squared Apiaries. The whiskey begins as Laws’ Four Grain Straight Bourbon, aged in new charred oak before the barrels are filled with honey. After the honey is removed, the barrels are refilled with bourbon for a secondary maturation, allowing the whiskey to integrate honey-driven sweetness and floral character. The result highlights notes of black tea, orange blossom and cinnamon. The release consists of four barrels aged a total of 4 years and 2 months and bottled at 95 proof.

Limited to 1,080 bottles, it hosts a suggested retail price of $79.99.
