HIRSCH Single Barrel Double Oak Bourbon combines two mashbills: 90% consists of 72% corn, 13% rye and 15% malted barley aged eight years and seven months, while the remaining 10% is 74% corn, 18% rye and 8% barley aged three years and seven months. The blend is finished for an additional year in charred new American oak. Proofs vary by batch.
