Starlight Distillery 10-Year Mizunara Reserve is a single-barrel, cask-strength bourbon made at Starlight Distillery in Borden, Indiana. It uses a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% rye and 20% malted barley, is sweet mashed and double pot distilled, then aged in new charred American oak and finished in Japanese Mizunara oak. It's bottled at 55% ABV and was sold for $250 in a 250-bottle release.
