Bivrost Yggdrasil 2025 is an Arctic single malt whisky made at the Aurora Spirit Distillery in Lyngseidet, Norway, at 69 degrees north. It is matured in Oloroso sherry-seasoned and in-house charred casks, with a small peated component, and is limited to 14,000 numbered bottles. It is bottled at 46% ABV in a 500ml bottle and sells for around $80 to $105.

  • Delicate but indistinct sherry sweetness, like butter tarts and candied walnuts. Or it could be a heavily spiced loaf with some icing drizzled on top. Gingersnap cookies.
