Blue Note Cherry Wood Cask Volume I is a limited-release straight bourbon from B.R. Distilling Company in Memphis, Tennessee, sourced from Green River Distilling Co. It uses a mash bill of 70% corn, 21% rye and 9% malted barley, aged in American oak and finished in sustainably harvested wild-cherry wood casks from the Jura region of eastern France. The bourbon is bottled unfiltered at cask strength, 120 proof (60% ABV), with a suggested retail price of $64.99 for a 750ml bottle.
