St. Laurent Whisky Rye is a Canadian rye whisky originally produced by Distillerie du St. Laurent in Rimouski, Quebec, now made by Distillerie Arsenal inc. after acquiring the brand. It is made from rye and malted barley from the Bas-Saint-Laurent region, fermented on grain and distilled twice in a copper still, then aged 3 years in a blend of American virgin oak and ex-whisky casks. It is bottled at 43% ABV and sells for around $60.
