Casa Mexico Tequila Reposado is a 100% blue Weber agave tequila produced in the Highlands of Jalisco, Mexico (Los Altos region), under NOM 1545. The agave is slow-cooked in brick ovens for two days, crushed in a tahona mill, naturally fermented, and double distilled in copper alambique stills before resting for six months in American white oak barrels. It is bottled at 40% ABV and retails for roughly $40 to $60.
