Casa Mexico Tequila Blanco is an unaged tequila made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Highland region of Arandas, Jalisco, Mexico, at the El Nacimiento Distillery under NOM 1589. The agave piñas are slow-cooked in brick ovens, crushed in a tahona mill, naturally fermented and double distilled in copper alambique stills. It is bottled additive-free at 40% ABV and retails for around $33 to $40 for a 750 mL bottle.
