Seelbach’s Private Reserve Amburana Finished Bourbon Batch 005 is a limited-edition straight bourbon sourced and bottled by Seelbach’s, an independent online bottler founded by Blake Riber. It uses a 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley mash bill sourced from Bardstown, Kentucky, before being finished in toasted Amburana casks. Batch 005 features a new barrel selection and slightly adjusted proof. Bottled at barrel strength, the series is released in batches of approximately 1,200 to 1,300 bottles.
