The Balvenie 1931 Collection 12 Years is a limited-edition Speyside single malt Scotch whisky made from 100% home-malted barley grown at The Mains of Balvenie Farm and partner farms. It is initially matured in American oak casks and then finished in ex-sherry bodega European oak butts from Jerez, Spain. Bottled at 47.5% ABV, it retails for approximately $120 per bottle.
