Saicho Hojicha Sparkling Tea is a non-alcoholic sparkling tea produced by UK-based brand Saicho, founded by Charlie and Natalie Winkworth-Smith. The tea is sourced from Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan, where second-flush Sencha leaves are roasted to create hojicha, then cold brewed for 24 hours in English spring water and carbonated. It is bottled at 0% ABV and retails for around $42 for a 750ml bottle.
