Saicho Osmanthus Sparkling Tea is a non-alcoholic (0.0% ABV) cold-brewed sparkling tea produced in England by Saicho, a brand founded by Natalie Chiu and Charlie Winkworth-Smith. It is made from autumn-harvested Tie Guan Yin oolong from Xianyou County, China, scented with fresh osmanthus blossoms through a multi-stage layering and cold-brew process, then carbonated with a touch of grape juice. It retails for around $42 in the US and £21.75 in the U.K. for a 750ml bottle.
