Saicho Jasmine Sparkling Tea is a non-alcoholic sparkling beverage produced by Saicho, a U.K.-based brand founded in 2019 by Natalie Chiu and Charlie Winkworth-Smith. It is made from single-origin jasmine green tea sourced from Fuding in Fujian Province, China, cold brewed for 24 hours in English spring water and finished with carbonation, white grape juice, citric acid and natural oak flavoring. It is bottled at 0.0% ABV in 750ml bottles and retails for around $35 in the US.
