Wolfe & Wilson Straight Rye Whiskey (Batch 1) is a Pennsylvania straight rye produced by Stoll & Wolfe Distillery in Lititz, Pennsylvania, as a collaboration between Head Distiller Erik Wolfe and farmer distiller Alan Bishop. Inspired by a late-1700s colonial recipe, the grain bill combines rye malt, wheat, rye and oats, with fermentation using wild yeast and cheese culture before aging a minimum of two years in new charred American oak barrels. Bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), the limited release was capped at 1,000 bottles and launched July 4, 2026, with a retail price of $80.
