Pursuit x Meat Church Honey Hog Barrel Bourbon is a limited-edition collaboration between Pursuit Spirits and Meat Church BBQ, released July 1, 2026. The blend combines Kentucky bourbon from Bardstown Bourbon Co. (78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley) with bourbon from an undisclosed Tennessee distillery (80% corn, 10% rye and 10% malted barley), then is finished for three months in barrels coated with more than 55 gallons of Burleson's Texas Wildflower Honey. Bottled at 105 proof (52.5% ABV), the bourbon is intended to pair with smoked meats rather than as a dessert-style whiskey and carries a suggested retail price of $79.99.
