Tequila Xoloitzcuintle Plata is a blanco tequila produced at NOM 1545 from 100% blue agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico. It is made using low-pressure autoclave cooking, roller mill extraction, deep well water and open fermentation in stainless steel tanks with a proprietary yeast before being distilled and bottled without additives. Bottled at 46% ABV, it typically retails for around $56 per 750 mL bottle.
