Jimmy Red Double Oak is a straight bourbon produced by High Wire Distilling Co. in Charleston, South Carolina. It is made from a 100% Jimmy Red corn mash bill using grain sourced from Turnbridge Farm in Darlington, South Carolina. The bourbon is aged approximately four years in new char #3 American oak barrels, then finished for about 14 months in new char #1 medium-toast American oak barrels, for a total maturation of roughly 5.25 years. It is bottled at 107 proof (53.5% ABV) and typically retails for around $90.
