It is a single-barrel whiskey made from 100% Wrens Abruzzi rye sourced from South Carolina farms, milled on-site at the distillery's Summerton millhouse and aged in new charred oak barrels. The Calhoun's Single Barrel series is bottled at 100 proof (50% ABV), with each release identified by its individual barrel number.
