Gambit No. 6 is a 6-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon released in 2026 by Foley Family Wines & Spirits under the direction of Master Distiller Chip Tate. The bourbon is sourced from an undisclosed Kentucky distillery and made from a mash bill of 78% corn, 10% rye and 12% malted barley before being finished in six cask types: Sonoma Chardonnay, Sonoma Cabernet Sauvignon, apple brandy, oloroso sherry, muscatel and Tokaji. It is bottled non-chill filtered at 92 proof (46% ABV) and carries a suggested retail price of $69.99.
